## Discrepancy

DURING SCHEDULED MX, FOUND RT ELEVATOR OTBD HINGE BRACKET CRACKED.  CRACK WAS FOUND USING EDDY CURRENT NDT METHOD, CRACK FROM THE EDGE OF THE PART INBD TO THE FIRST ATTACH HOLE IN THE LEG RADIUS.
