PERFORMED & TESTED GIRT BAR MECHANISM IAW AMM 52-11-25 & FOUND GOOD.  REQUIRED INSP COMPLETED BY SAN NR178354, STAMP NR 5.  DAMAGE DIM: L=.750" W=.500" D=.125".
