## Discrepancy

DECLARED AN EMERGENCY DUE TO A MAIN TIRE ISSUE.  ON ARRIVAL, FOUND NR 6 TIRE BLOWN AND DAMAGE TO INBOARD LT FLAP.  REPLACED NR 5 AND NR 6 TIRE.  REPLACED LT INBD TRAILING EDGE FLAP.
