EMERGENCY SEAT MOUNTED PATH LIGHTS INOPERATIVE ROWS 9 THROUGH 13.   FOUND FUSE BLOWN AT POWER PACK FWD OF LT FWD EMERG EXIT.  REPLACED FUSE.  OPS CK GOOD.
