EMERGENCY LIGHTS ROWS 23-26 FAILED TO ILLUMINATE.  REPLACED FAULTY EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY IAW AMM 33-53.  OPS CHECKED NORMAL.  OK FOR SERVICE.
