LOCK FASTENER COLLARS INSTALLED FLUSH WITH NO THREADS SHOWING.  LOCK FASTENER SCREWED INTO ADJACENT COLLARS.   AII THE DISCREPENCIES CORRECTED IAW SRM 51-10-02 AND SRM 51-40-02.
