## Discrepancy

DURING APPROACH, RT ENGINE WAS UNRESPONSIVE TO THROTTLE MOVEMENTS, STUCK AT 70 PERCENT.  REPLACED RIGHT ENGINE FUEL CONTROL UNIT.
