BULK CARGO BS 1930 STRINGER 51R, FOUND CORRODED.  CORROSION REMOVED IAW SRM 53-00-03, REPAIR 6 .  FABRICATED REPAIR PARTS IAW SRM 53-00-53, REPAIR 6.  HFEC INSPECTION WAS CARRIED OUT ON REWORK AREA IAW NDTM PART 6 51-00-00, PROCEDURE 23 AND NO CRACKS FOUND.
