FOUND SEAT EMERGENCY LIGHTS BETWEEN ROW 24 DEF AND 36 DEF INOPERATIVE, TROUBLESHOT IAW WDM 33-51-21.   FOUND WIRING RUBBING ON SEAT FRAME, SEAT 30 DEF.  REPAIRED WIRING,  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
