DURING INSPECTION FOUND AFT CARGO DOOR SKIN SCRATCHED.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED DAMAGE IAW SRM 52-30-01, FIG 103 AND IS NOW PERMANENT ALLOWABLE DAMAGE IAW FIG 105.
