WORN INNER DOUBLER OF AFT LAVATORY SERVICE PANEL.  DOUBLER WAS BLENDED OUT AND FOUND TO BE OUT OF LIMITS IAW SRM 53-01, FIG 1.  THE DOUBLER WAS REPLACED IAW DWG 5911423, ITEM 43, REV: CD, SRM 51-30-2 AND 51-30-5.
