RT OTBD ANTI-SKID MESSAGE WHEN GEAR LOWERED. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED IAW MCC NOTIFICATION.  THE ANTISKID CONTROL UNIT WAS REPLACED WITH SUCCESSFUL CHECK OUTS.
