## Discrepancy

THE CREW PERFORMED AN AIR TURN BACK DUE TO THE RT ENGINE FAILING ON TAKEOFF.  TURBINE DAMAGE WAS FOUND.  THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED AND THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
