UN-COMMANDED MOVEMENT OF SPOILER HANDLE ON TAKE-OFF.  PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE GROUND SPOILER AUTOMATIC ACTUATOR PER MM.  REMOVED AND REPLACED GROUND SPOILER ACTUATOR.  OPERATION CHECKS GOOD.
