## Discrepancy

DURING TAKEOFF, THE AMBER FLOW LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE CABIN PRESSURE CONTROL PANEL.  BOTH PACKS INOPERATIVE USING LT AND RT ENGINE PNEUMATICS.  PRESSURIZED AIRCRAFT WITH APU AIR.   MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED PSC IAW MM.  OPERATIONAL CHECKED GOOD.
