## Discrepancy

FUELING PANEL QTY INDICATION INOPERATIVE.  THE FUEL SPILL WAS DETERMINED TO BE A PROCEDURAL ERROR.  MAINTENANCE PERFORMED AN OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE COCKPIT DISPLAY UNIT AND IT MATCHED THE LSDU,  TESTED OK IAW AMM 28-40.
