PERFORMED AN AIR TURN BACK TO DEPARTURE DUE TO A NR 2 ENGINE OIL QUANTITY INDICATION OF ZERO.  IFSD IAW QRH DUE TO LOSING OIL QUANTITY AND PRESSURE. ENGINE CHANGED.
