DURING FLIGHT, ANTI-SKID LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CREW DECLARED EMERGENCY PRIOR TO LANDING.  FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER EVENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RELAY R627 IAW WDM 32-41-11.
