ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT BAY SHELF E4-4 HAS A CRACK AT THE RT OTBD LOCKING KNOB.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE TRAY IAW  SRM 51-40-02 AND DWG 284N1514 REV A.
