SEAT 1A,  LIQUID SPILL CAUSED IFE/PED SHORT, FUMES,  LEAD F/A TURNED OFF POWER TO BOTH, TERMINATING FUMES.  CONFIRMED FAULT,  R & R SEAT POWER MODULE AT 1AB  IAW AMM 23-32, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
