## Discrepancy

ON SHUTDOWN, THE F/A REPORTED THE L3 DOOR HANDLE WAS UNABLE TO MOVE,   PANEL SHOWED DOOR SAFE.  INSPECTED AND REMOVED DEBRIS AND OPS SEVERAL TIMES,  OPS CHECKED GOOD.  OK FOR SERVICE.
