## Discrepancy

OVERHEAD EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT ROWS 10 AND 13 INOPERATIVE.  FOUND THE BATTERIES BAD AT SEAT ROWS 10 THRU 13 AND REPLACED IAW SPWM  20 AND EWIS.  OPS CK GOOD.
