## Discrepancy

CREW PERFORMED AN AIR TURNBACK DUE TO THE LEFT ENGINE THROTTLE UNRESPONSIVE. TAKEOFF POWER WAS NORMAL.  REPLACED THE EEC, FCU, AND FUEL PUMP. BURNER PRESSURE MOISTURE TRAPS AND MANIFOLD LINE INSPECTED FOR CONTAMINATION. IDLE RUNS COMPLETE, HIGH POWER RUNS REQUIRED.
