## Discrepancy

THE UPPER EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT 20DC AND 20B WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE CYCLED THE EMERGENCY SWITCH AND ALL OPERATIONS CHECKED NORMAL.
