DURING A SERVICE CHECK,  FOUND THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE AT SEAT ROWS 19 - 22D. MAINTENANCE R & R THE BATTERY PACK AT ROW 24D IAW AMM 33-51. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
