ATO - REJECTED TAKEOFF FOR SPEED BRAKE DO NOT ARM LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON TAKEOFF ROLL BELOW 50 KNOTS, AUTO SPEED BRAKE SYSTEM INOPERATIVE. FCP INSTALLED.  ON RON, PERFORMED TEST OF AUTO STOW ACTUATOR.  REPLACED AUTO SPEED BRAKE MODULE.
