FWD ENTRY DOOR WARNING LIGHT INTERMITTENTLY INOPERATIVE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FORWARD ENTRY DOOR INDICATOR PROXIMITY SENSOR IAW AMM 52-71-11.  DOOR OPS CHECKED NORMAL.
