## Discrepancy

ON ARRIVAL,  NOTED A SMALL FLAME ON THE NR 4 BRAKE ASSEMBLY.  REPLACED THE NR 4 BRAKE ASSEMBLY IAW AMM 32-41-41. LEAK CHECKED GOOD.  NO DAMAGE NOTED. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
