## Discrepancy

SLIDE WAS PARTIALLY DISLODGED FROM THE ENTRY DOOR AFTER OPENING.  PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION OF SLIDE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.  REINSTALLED IAW AMM 25-66 .
