SHIP 3506 -ATB BACK TO DTW DUE; DURING CLIMBING THROUGH 10,000 FEET, TURNED ON WING ANTI-ICE VALVE. MESSAGE ANTI-ICE FAULT APPEARED AND FAULT LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE SWITCH.
