DURING INSPECTION,  FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHT ABOVE L1 DOOR INOPERATIVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERG BATTERY IN FWD GALLEY AREA CEILING PER B737 AMM 33-51-06.
