FOUND L1 ENTRY DOOR SLIDE PACK HAD BOTH PINS FELL OUT OF SLIDE EYELETS. REMOVED AND REPLACED SLIDE PACK PER WC 2561-4641. SYS CKS OK. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
