## Discrepancy

RIGHT ENGINE START VALVE STAYED IN TRANSIT DURING NORMAL ENGINE START.  LIGHT EXTINGUISHED AT START VALVE CUTOUT.  R & R RT ENG START VALVE IAW AMM 80-11.
