DURING INSPECTION FOUND OVHD EMERGENCY LIGHT ABOVE ROW 21 INOPERATIVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK UNDER ROW 23L PER B737 AMM 33-51. OPS CHECK GOOD.
