DURING INSPECTION FOUND CLEAR RECTANGLE EMERGENCY LIGHT LENS NEAR FLOOR MISSING BETWEEN DR3L AND DR3R AT DR2L AND BETWEEN DR1L AND DR1R.  REPLACED MISSING CLEAR LIGHT LENS AS REQUIRED AT ALL DOORS WAYS.
