DURING INSPECTION FOUND RT AFT OVERWING EXIT ACCENT LIGHT FLICKERING.  REMOVED & INSTALLED RT AFT OVERWING LED ASSY, PER AMM B737 33-21.  PERFORMED PHASE 2 DATA LOAD.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
