DURING INSPECTION, FOUND SEAT ROW 16 FED EMERGENCY ISLE LIGHT INOPERATIVE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED 16 FED EMERGENCY FLOOR PROX LIGHT, PER B737 AMM 33-51.  OPERATIONS CHECK NORMAL.
