DURING INSPECTION FOUND SEAT 11D EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERATIVE.  FOUND LOOSE CONNECTOR UNDER SEAT, TIGHTENED CONNECTOR.  PERFORMED OPERATIONS CHECK OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS, PER B737 AMM 33-51.  OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD.
