DURING INSPECTION FOUND FWD LEFT OVERWING EXIT LED LIGHT FLASHING THEN INOPERATIVE.  R & R LT FWD OVERWING SIDEWALL LIGHT, PER B737 AMM 33-21.  OPERATIONS TEST GOOD.
