EMERGENCY ESCAPE LIGHT AT SEAT 16G ARE INOPERATIVE.  CORRECTIVE ACTION: REINSTALLED LOOSE PIN AT HARNESS GOING TO SIDEWALL PANEL.  SYSTEM OPERATION IS NORMAL.
