SHIP 3161 - LIGHT GAS SMELL REPORTED BY FA'S LOCATED IN MIDDLE OF THE CABIN.   FOUND LEFT BELLY FUEL SUMP POINT INSIDE LANDING GEAR DOOR LEVER ACCESS PANEL NOT FULLY SEATED AND LEAKING. RESEATED SUMP PLUNGER VALVE AND CLEANED COMPARTMENT.
