SHIP 3507 -ATB- DUE TO A-ICE ENG 1 VLV FAILED CLOSED DISPATCH MESSAGE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: LOCKED ANTI-ICE PRSOV OPEN AND FORWARDED TO MEL.AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
