SHIP 3819 -ATO/BRK- DUE TO AIRCRAFT PULLED LEFT ON TAKE-OFF. CORRECTIVE ACTION: NLG STEERING OPS CHECKS GOOD. FOUND #2 BRAKE DAMAGE. REPLACED #2 BRAKE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
