## Discrepancy

ON OPENING THE FUEL PANEL DOOR, SPARKS WERE SEEN.  REPAIRED CHAFED WIRES PER SWPM CHP.20. REACTIVATED FUELING PANEL PER  AMM 28-21. OPS CHECKS NORMAL.
