RETURNED TO ATL DUE TO RIGHT ENGINE COMPRESSOR STALL DURING CLIMB.  T/S RIGHT ENGINE STALL  IAW FIM, FAILED VSV SYNCHRONIZING RING INSPECTION. REPLACED NR 2 ENGINE.
