EPSU 16WL DID NOT PASS TEST.  DOOR 3R DURING EPSU TEST PUSHBUTTON, LIGHT UNIT FAULT IS ON.  REMOVED AND REPLACED EPSU 16WL DOOR 3R, PERFORMED ELECTRICALBONDING TEST.
