DURING INSPECTION FOUND OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT PLUG HATCH LIGHTS NOT WORKING AT ROW 16 LEFT. FOUND BAD POWER SUPPLY BATTERY AT ROW 16 LEFT. R & R BATTERY PACK IAW AMM 33-51. OPS CHECK GOOD.
