SHIP 3817 - FIRE - #3 BRAKE FIRE DEVELOPED AFTER BLOCKING IN AT THE GATE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: FIRE EXTINGUISHED BY RAMP PERSONNEL. PERFORMED HIGH ENERGY STOP INSPECTION, REPLACED THE #3 BRAKE AND RTS.
