AIRCRAFT 682, AD RELATED DURING ROTO TEST OF ENGINE 2 UPPER SKIN, DRAG FITTINGS HOLE #4 WAS FOUND TO HAVE MULTIPLE CRACKS IN THE SKIN AND FITTING LAYERS.
