SHIP 3757 - FCNT/DE- DECLARED EMERGENCY DUE TO UNABLE TO TRIM HORIZONTAL STABILIZER. CORRECTIVE ACTION: INSPECTED STAB TRIM JACKSCREW AND CABLES IN FORWARD AND AFT COMPARTMENTS. NO TROUBLE FOUND. RESET STAB BREAKER. STAB TRIM OPERATED MANUALLY AND ELECTRICALLY. REPLACED STAB TRIM MOTOR. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
